Since you work at a newspaper is there any chance you end up seeing the title block part of the comic that they don’t include here for some reason? I hate that Greg works hard drawing a part to the Sunday strip that is just cut out, especially on his direct page !!
I feel like it might have to do with the version of the comics for last Sunday and this (and some others) in the regular Luann archive are in black and white, also they started adding the title block to the comics in Luann again so maybe they’re trying to make them in color and add the title ?
I wonder if they’re trying to date it. They’ve included the title panel the past few months which they normally don’t and also if you go back to the strip in April 7 1996 they only have it in black and white. So maybe they were trying to get it in color with the title block?
Happy 39th anniversary thanks for keeping us entertained for almost 4 decades! Now where’s the title block to today’s strip! An anniversary strip should definitely include that!!!
Wow I love this! If they are directing it towards the commenters here that’s awesome! People are just so negative and nasty today and it’s sad that’s how people choose to be! It’s a freakin comic people! Been a longtime Luann fan since basically it started and I appreciate everything that G&K put out! There’s only so much you can fit in a serial comic like this, so people don’t always need to complain! I just will never understand why commenters everywhere feel being nasty and hurting people feelings is the way to go with things, just shows how downhill people have become in this world!
Wow! Greg and Karen finally started putting the Sunday title blocks in that’s awesome!! I’ve always wanted to see the Sundays complete! I’ve suggested it several times so thanks for doing this! Hopefully the new Luann’s will get the same too!!
