Given that both Netanyahu and Haniyeh benefit from a major distraction from their poor performance, and neither seem to be much moved by Israeli and Palestinian misery and death, it is not clear what negotiations between the two would lead to.
We have swarms of refugees of climate change at our southern border and some of the nation most endangered by the change have nuclear weapons. The Pentagon is SUPPOSED to follow the science. (And the demographics – the only way the Pentagon is going to keep troop levels up is by being inclusive.)
