This isn’t going to be one of those delightful comebacks on your comics -
Instead - today I feel old, divorced, a bit out-dated and maybe even futile.
So - for a beloved character in your strip to point out that she, too, used to assume it was just a temporary problem - the way her face looked in the mirror in the morning - just something that a bit of sleep or better lighting would soon repair -
that strip handed me a fine laugh this morning and pulled me back into the fray.
