In Texas, not having things like a winter break in February like some places in the US do, gets you through the school year quicker. Plus schools usually start at least the week before Labor day (sometimes two weeks). In 12 years I think the latest the school year ended for me was June 1, which only happened once.

If you just keep your head down, mouth shut, and look busy, it just might work.

If I still had a job like that, I’d miss the days of not having a cell phone and having to rely on a land line. Because then you can always claim you weren’t in the house and couldn’t hear it ring.

    Fred Jones

Most summers if we went anywhere it was to a grandparents house for a week. We got a break from the usual and it didn’t cost a fortune. So staycations and cheap trips are the way to go most summers.

This is especially important these days as most jobs don’t offer pensions anymore so people have to invest in their own futures so they can hopefully retire and enjoy some of it before they die.

But that also means an infinite number of more ideal Randies out there as well.

Given that some of those journals only exist so that papers can be “officially published”, if it’s good enough, someone will eventually give it chance.

The better trick is Siegfried and Roy being alive.

It’s now referred to as the “Primary Bedroom”.
