I usually end up microwaving fresh asparagus with my lunch at work. I do make sure it’s seasoned and the container also contains whatever meat I’m having which does add moisture to the cooking process. When it’s done it’s hot and still somewhat firm.

At home I’ve been known to have it at breakfast. I’ll cut it up while the bacon/sausage is cooking then cook it in the remaining fat after I’ve removed the meat.

And that is why you learn to eat Cheetos with chopsticks.

He’s pretty good with avoiding the word ‘yes’, which you should never use when you get calls from anyone you don’t know. Mostly because they will take that sound bit and splice it into the recording of their sales pitch to make it sound like you agreed to whatever it is they are selling.

These days they’ll just spoof a number with the same area code and prefix to make it look like it’s someone from nearby calling.

But does anyone remember when, exactly?

Seriously… why has nobody made these?

I was thinking the same thing, cuz that’s the part I’m missing.

For the record, this comic appeared 14 years ago (it’s even in the archive) and it was a different world back then. Of course, even back then you shouldn’t be kissing people like that, but society let it slide a lot more back then.
