Lot’s of questions about the incident including the fact that it was the accused juvenile’s alleged second offense, school administrators and board members claiming to be unaware of the incident and the arrest of the girl’s father with the prosecutor getting a conviction. (Normally the emotional outbursts or threats result in an arrest but then charges are dropped although sometimes with an RO imposed on the one arrested.)
This skirt-wearing boy took advantage of the school’s policy of shared bathroom. The first sexual assault happened in May 2021 and the boy was transferred to a nearby high school. The teachers, administrators, and the school board members all covered up the rape and assault in the first school, Stone Bridge HS. The second sexual assault by the same pervert happened on October 6, 2021 in the other school where he was transferred.
Leftist readers on this cartoon giving excuses for this criminal are disgusting if not also criminal. Sexual assault is never defensible. All of these happened because democrats starting running Loudoun County the past 10 years. My daughter graduated from the school where the first assault was committed. Problems of this nature never happened when she was there because the Republicans were in charge at the time. It was safe to go to the bathroom and not get raped by students claiming to be transgender.
The current teachers, administrators, and board members run by democrats truly indulge the less than 20 transgender perverts out of 85,000 students currently enrolled in Loudoun County Schools as the cartoon says. Spot on as always, Mr. Lester.
The arrest of the father of the victim is another result of democrat’s policy of naming parents of students as domestic terrorists when they confront school board members during meetings. Parents no longer have the freedom to voice their opinions and anger towards injustice because of democrat’s insane policies.

Is it a horrible thing that happened? Yes. Was the decision to allow people who ARE transgender to use the bathroom of their preference the key issue? Absolutely not. That boy was NOT transgender (or not only that). He was a rapist. Was it easier for him to enter the restroom for females than it would have been if he weren’t claiming transgender? I dunno. Depends on a lot of circumstances that haven’t been mentioned: How crowded was the hallway? (probably not very) How crowded was the restroom? (probably empty: He did feel safe in raping her there) Did other people know him as female? Was he dressed as obviously female? Would the kids have prevented the entry of a boy into the girls restroom? Would they even have gone to get staff to help? I dunno any of this.
Bottom line: He (yes, not “she”) committed a rape. In a closed room. That happened to be a restroom.

No amount of legislation will physically stop a rapist from barging into any bathroom to do his misdeed… NC thought they could, but (of course) did not fund or provide any security, so they ended up pulling that legislation after losing a lot of revenue and the governor losing his reelection.
