Kim David drives a bus and will not admit a same-sex couple on. "If you insist on comparing Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk, to Rosa Parks there is one way the analogy might work... Davis: Oh no you don't!!
Look. The Bible says that all people should be treated with respect and compassion. It does not say that respect and compassion entail all behavior being acquiesced to. The Bible says lying, murder, adultery, greed, among other things, are not approved by God. It’s not my place to assume what God’s judgment on anyone practicing those things will be. It is my place to refrain from having anything to do with those things. But no one is required to support me in that. I do not take jobs that involve violating my conscience; I leave jobs where I cannot avoid violating my conscience; and I do not profit from the practice of these things.
It’s easy to see that argument when it comes to lying, murder, adultery and greed, isn’t it? The Bible also says homosexuality is not approved. All the same thoughts apply.
