Odd that Republicans feel only Republicans are allowed to use Article II when in the White House, and since Obama was elected, the House Republicans have constantly tried to write legislation to nullify Artilce II, and micro-manage within agencies, even triying to LEGISLATE the cut allowed in timber sales by Forest Service and BLM, among other things. If you want truly absurc, read the bills the Natural Resources Committee under Doc Hastings has come up with, then with not a single Democratic vote in favor, calling said proposed legislation, “bipartisan”.
