    That’s actually a baking technique called Vapor Action. It needs very precise timing, and it only works with regular dough that has no extra ingredients like fruit or chocolate which can affect the temperature.

    Ideally, 600 degrees would be done in 60 seconds or less.

    Vapor Action is not recommended to home cooks unless they possess incredible reaction time and focus.
