“Liberal media” is such BS. The media is corporate owned and they focus on entertainment more than facts. This has been blown was out of proportion. The numerous vile things Trump says and does are ignored with the excuse “that’s just Trump” but this silly spat is “news”.
Watched an old The Twilight Zone episode called The Man in a Bottle last night. It’s a genie that gives a nice older couple 4 wishes. One of course is for a million dollars, well soon the IRS shows up and claims 90-some percent of the money. I thought, What that’s insane! Then I researched historic max income tax rates, and it turned out to be true. In the fifties that was the rate. If Bernie or Elizabeth get their way and all these entitlement/social programs are implemented we will soon be back to those rates. You have to pay for the programs and taxes are the way.
This is running up to the primaries. Of course they’re getting a little chippy. And one of them is lying. I’d prefer that they avoid all that, but my preferences butter no parsnips. It won’t matter in the actual election.
