Sadly, I think the judge was correct. Cosby did in fact rely on the promise of the prosecutor and that person did in fact break that promise. That’s the way the law works (or doesn’t). Do I believe that justice is thereby served? Not even for a moment. Do I think Crosby will go back to prison? Nope.
