In case nobody noticed, neither Tom Perez nor Keith Ellison are neoliberal establishment people. Perez is from my district, so I have been acquainted with his views since he started. In fact, in his first run for office here, he came by my door to present his views. Some of you may say he is neoliberal because of his support for the TPP, but I would point out here that a properly constructed trade agreement protecting labor is not necessarily neoliberal, but can be rather a way to stimulate economic activity in general.
