I wonder, will the current pandemic slow or end the need for endless building and expansion on college campuses?
If they had required every student to graduate within the once normal 4 year span instead of allowing indefinite extensions of the campus experience, whatever that is, would they have needed so much more housing or so called classrooms?
Additionally would college loan debt have reached the current level had graduates with solid academic degrees entered the working world so much sooner?
