No cat has a schedule where they only sleep seven hours a day and only eat one meal a day. One of our cats, Einstein, doesn’t sleep too much because he walks around a lot howling for more food. But he still puts in a solid 11 hours a day. The other, Bunky (he’s no Einstein) is probably more like 14 -15 hours a day, maybe more, mainly because he doesn’t waste his time crying for more food.
