GOOD COLOURS. AND I THINK DEAN IS TEASING HEART. EVENTS LIKE HE DESCRIBE ARE USUALLY PRECEDED WITH A MEMO SENT HOME IN CASE OF ALLERGIES, OR RELIGIOUS CONCERNS ETC.

Jehovah Witnesses don’t celebrate any holiday that I’m aware of. (Not an expert on JW) So I guess it would depend on the reason they’re getting the free ice cream.
