That’s a though job , Garfield, but somebody gotta do it. Besides, Jon need a excuse to go see Liz, doesn’t he?
so much for a guilty conscience, eh, Garfield?
Why would the Humane society lynch someone?
They should. Roses smell good and look nice (good things in life), but they also have thorns (bad things in life).
Life’s no rose garden – but from time to time you get a kick out of it…
“Nobody said life was a rose garden,” yes, Garfield, but nobody said life was your litter box (or tray or pan!) either.
Garfield, is such a pain in the arse.
You are not fooling anyone, Garfield. This was destined to happen.
I think the humane society only cares about humans mistreating other animals. Non humans abusing other non humans is okay. And I assume that they wouldn’t care about non humans abusing humans.
Now excuse me. I have a fly to swat.
Just think, human’s lives are more busy than Garfield’s life.
In the spirit of the closing joke, Garfield begs your pardon, he never promised us a rose garden.
As much as I love Odie, I don’t want to imagine Garfield any other way than this.
Garfield has no conscience or morals. This is a selfish and wily protagonist done right.
Lynn Anderson: “I beg your pardon….”
