What if I were to tell you that there is now a drug available which is six times more addictive than crack, and which, if unchecked could kill 2.5 million Americans by the year 2000? Jesse Helms: I'd be appalled, of course, and would work to ban it! What is this substance? J.J.: Tobacco! Mr. Butts: Trick question! Aiee! Mrs. Butts: Dear! Wake up! You're having a nightmare!
