It is usual for the president to be the most honored man in the United States. Barack Obama was every year of his presidency. And also for the first two years of TRUMP’s fake “presidency.”
How ironic that Trump, who tries to convince himself that, after being born on third base he hit a triple, who had every advantage and yet has never managed to rise above mediocrity and mendacity, lives in the shadow of a much greater man who was born to humble status, with zero advantage, who achieved everything on his own and is truly a self-made success story.
How ironic that the most racist president in a generation lives in the shadow of a much greater man who also happens to be a person of color.
