In case johnhbaggett ’s comment disappears, I will say as a Coloradoan, johnhbaggett is a liar. Colorado’s voting laws, everything considered, are FAR more lenient and make it WAY more easy to vote. Every registered voter in Colorado gets a ballot mailed to them without requesting it. We do not have to show an ID to get it, once we are registered. Over 99% of Colorado voters use the mail-in ballot to vote. There is an order of magnitude more voter drop boxes per voter for every district in Colorado compared to Georgia. Poling stations are still and option, but we never have long lines at any of the poles. Hence we have 85 percent voter turnout – one of the top turnouts in the country because of our mail-in ballots.
