NATO outnumber Russia in terms of aircraft, at 20,633 to 4,182, and in naval power, with 2,151 military ships, to 598. (WWW so it must be true)

Hey Bok, you okay? Normally you put up some idiotic far/alt right bunch of gibberish to have us as the public tee-off on you about. As the irony about how the right wing is all in on saving Israel but ignoring the Ukraine, so today find your post almost agreeable. The odds of this happening is like saying that Hillary Clinton, her hubby, “Coal fired” Joe Manchin, and George Bush are going to join the Green Party or the NY Jets will win the Super Bowl. That is never going to happen. Anyhow as a college prof I normally fail you each strip, today you get a pass, one which is called a “Gentleman’s C”, please keep being a gentleman or the C reverts to its usual F.

How would US react if Mexico and Canada joined a hostile military alliance with China/Russia? We are still having a hissy fit after 60+ years over an island 90 miles from our border.

Per most of the left wing comments, not all, the gist of Bok’s ‘toon went over a lot heads. We are supplying the money and equipment, Ukrainians are sacrificing the bodies and blood. SLAVA UKRAINE!

I believe that Bok’s point is that as long as the fighting stays in Ukraine we can just send money and equipment. According to the NATO charter an attack on one member is an attack on all members. If Russia attacks any NATO member all members must send troops, not just money and equipment.

I have no idea how many mental pathologies Vladimir Vladimirovitch Putin suffers from, but I don’t think a suicide complex is one of them.

Bok is contradicting the party line with this cartoon. Surprising. Also, yay.

The Republican Party of Trump believes that not only is Putin justified in invading Ukraine — because de-Nazification or Ukraine might someday join NATO or whatever — but he is a Savvy Genius for doing so, “getting a whole country for two dollars worth of sanctions.”

Plus, Trump is totally ignorant of history, i.e. he believes Hitler’s generals were totally loyal to that sociopath.
