Sounds like a good marinade for pork tenderloin, but 40 minutes at 350° and 10 more at 450° is overcooked pork. Start checking your temp after 15-20 minutes – you want this to finish at an internal temperature of 145°. Personally, I’d start it in a 500° oven for 5-7 minutes, baste, and then just turn the oven off and let the residual heat finish it.
