She better stick with the regular ornaments (but really, a tricycle?).
Storing a husband and children away in boxes 50 weeks out of the year is frowned upon in polite society, so it’s better simply to avoid the issue.
For me, having a husband and kids around two weeks out of the year would be two weeks too many. Whenever anyone asks me why I’m not married, I always say I would murder my husband and I never met a man worth going to prison for.
Before you start your own family holiday traditions should you not at least have a family of your own? I know, for Cathy, that is not necessary. Her mom sure does apply the pressure though.
I hope everyone had a fun Saturday today. Mine was fun but, yet again, spent in a dark theatre getting the lighting set up for our production of Scrooge which opens Wednesday.

I didn’t read this one when it was originally out and wondered how it ended. Now I can’t wait to keep following along :)

Ya gotta start somewhere with family traditions—even if they’re being … strongly encouraged … by a certain someone. Hard to please ’em all, I suppose.
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
