So where’s ‘Comcast’, anyway? We have a similar problem in San Diego – the Padres home opener is tomorrow, and it’s yet another season where most people in the county (millions) can’t see a Padres game on TV (home or away) because the rights are owned by one of several local cable companies. And their (the cable company’s) product sucks – in service, price, and goods..Aside from the (yet again, ever frustrated) lousy prospects of the local professional beisbol company, it’d be nice to see a game during the season. I’m right there with frustrated Cubs fans, but jeeeeeez… at least they get to see games on TV without shelling out a small fortune and commute to see the games at the stadium.
