Nothing better, cosier and feeling safer than sleeping surrounded by friends.

Even Buzzy Mouse is keeping watch.

Looks like my bed lately. I think because it’s cold, my four cats snuggle up to me. I can hardly move sometimes.

I love the perfectly balanced meatloaf Lupin.

Elvis-Anum: Ah, there’s Lupinium’s nightly Thwump. Now I can finish my Nitey-Nite Tea and read myself to sleep with a nice scroll story. Puckmosis, are you comfortable?

Puckmosis: I can’t fit my tail in this box, and my toes are dangling over the edge. Ah, just perfect.

Lupinium: Now I’ve done my tumbling, just need a quick stretch and I’m ready for a good night’s sleep.

All: ZZZZzzzz….

Lupin has departed the anchor desk and now all four cats (plus Buzzy Mouse) are there to guard the Girls’ sleep. I’m sure this makes everyone happy, including the People who have no cats prepared to tail whack them at Breakfast o’Clock.

Achilles is in the recliner next to me. He is ensuring I feel better and sleep well.

Is Elvis reading ‘Puss in Boots’ as a bedtime story?

Aww, how cute! The Girl is truly blessed.

No monsters will dare show themselves with this particular team of cats on duty. Close your eyes, little one, and lose yourself in that wonderous magical world that is a child’s sleep.

An Ah So Sweet. Georgia, you have made my day. No matter the day, it will be OK. Special hugs to your boys and girls(feline and human). Where would we be without our felines to comfort us.

There’s a thing called Lucid Dreaming. It’s where you take control of the dream while you’re dreaming.

If parents (or even an older sibling) tell the Toddler that such a thing can be done, and that they’ve done it, too, she would take it as a matter of fact that she could, too.

She would simply need to plan her attack before going back to sleep.

Yup. When the girls where home for their gap year and then staying over for remote learning the pack distributed themselves between the two of them. Sometimes switching from one to the other each night.

Today’s strip is just so warm and fuzzy and comfy.

They should have laid down the security detail with her earlier. I know when I have two cats sharing a chair with me, their purrs heterodyning pleasantly, I doze off until they get bored and go somewhere else.

Can I just say, Awwwwww, for 36 pages?
