Arlo is looking through a magazine. Janis notices, "Do you smell something burning?" Still looking at his magazine, he exclaims, "Yes! Yes, I do smell something burning." Janis glares at him as he continues to look at the magazine and ignore her. As Janis angrily glares at him, he yells, "I do, too, listen!!"
Are we to infer from the last panel that Janis has once again directed physical violence against the man she “loves?”
