   I agree. I like Shannon. I have seen some kids of today that are more bratty, spoiled and self centered than ever. Most show no respect for elders and will mouth off in a heartbeat. If my generation had acted up as much as these kids do today, we would not have made it. The real problem is, we are not allowed to discilpine them anymore. Just have to let them do as they please and never learn the error of their ways until it is too late. Then WE get blamed. Sigh!!!

   Years ago I had a Fuchsia plant hanging. When I didn’t take care of it properly, it died. After I had removed it and was sitting on my porch; something flew up, paused and looked at me for a while, then flew off. It was a Hummingbird. I didn’t know they were around here. Every year since then, I have hung a feeder out but, they have never came back. (:-((
