    It’s nonsense. ASCII is 8-bit, and the above lines are 10 bits, 9 and 9. Even if it followed an identifiable pattern, there’d only be enough data for 2 or 3 letters. It might have made sense if there was a reference to a hash table, but you’d have to have the table in your hands for that.
