My daughters and I love smoothies! 8-10 frozen banana slices, a handful or more of strawberries, some vanilla yogurt and just enough milk so it will all blend together! Yummy! I might have one later. When the bananas are starting to deteriorate, they either get made into banana bread and sliced and frozen to help thicken up a smoothie.
