Jan Eliot's funny and irreverent Stone Soup follows the saga of an extended, blended family, starring two working-mom sisters living just across the fence from each other. Val and Joan share life with their opinionated mother, a middle-school diva and 10-year-old tomboy, a reclusive teenage boy, a wild preschooler and his new baby sister...and of course Wally, the ultimate nice guy who steps into his stepdad shoes with grace amid the chaos. Working-parent hassles, pre-school tantrums, middle-school angst, love and the single mom... it's all here in Stone Soup.

Evie’s kids grew up, that’s what happened – now she has time to be hip and cool!

That’s so true. I’m tech-savvy, but have no time for Twitter, Facebook, etc. Sometime I’ll get around to it…

I signed up for both Twitter and Facebook but I don’t have time for either one of them.

GoComics keeps me busy, then pt afternoon. If I where to get on Facebook someone might think they know me and they don’t. I tried Twitter and couldn’t get anything out of it just got GMA.
We are in for a nice weekend here in Kansas warm weather. I hope NW Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska didn’t get too snowed in and can also enjoy warm weather. But with the ground so warm snow will melt.
I am so looking forward to Evie’s Thialand trip I hope Jan shows her adventure for Habitat.

I learned more a lot more about my computer after my son moved out and I was on my own.
Now I show him things he doesn’t know.

Don’t need Twitter or Facebook- no vapid friends.
But the ability to access GoComics forced me to buy a computer when I retired- it is just so much fun.

I used facebook to locate a few old friends I’d lost track of. Other than that, I don’t spend any time on it.
And I just can’t be bothered with twitter.
