India is in Asia too. But yeah, in several countries, especially in Asia and in the Americas, people do see a rabbit in the moon.

I know that but I don’t know if others do who read it. Reputedly Candramas (Luna) holds the bulk of the amarita or soma created during the “great churning” that the various gods and godlings use to keep fit and young. Hands off for the asuras or ‘demons’ here and underground where they were banished thousands of years ago.
