Why do I agree with Nate here? I’d also be salty if these events happened to me, or.. maybe I’m too much of a goody two shoes to get mad lol

    It’s a close battle between 1993-2001 and 2002-2013, but maybe 2002-2013 by a smidge

So, I see it’s the 30th anniversary of big Nate! I thought to myself, why not create a comment to celebrate? I usually won’t comment, I might reply to birthday comments and maybe some others, but I’m not going to be cringe on this account, unlike my old one (maxwell67). This, and Calvin and Hobbes are easily one of my favorite strips. They have the protagonist troublemakers, who make you laugh, or sometimes, make you mad. It’s nice how these comics include story arcs as well, and can tug at your emotions, like Nate’s girlfriends in the past (won’t spoil anything in case people haven’t read the arcs), or just make you laugh when Nate gets angry and makes his derpy sarcasm faces. I think my first book from the series was named big nate: from the top (it should be the one with Nate dancing on the desk on the front cover), and I’ve also read some of the novels as well. Keep up the great work, Peirce! This comic never gets old.
