Not quite. Ignorant = uninformed, lacking KNOWLEDGE but not necessarily brainpower. You can help uninformed, you can’t help dumb . No one wants to be dumb but many otherwise reasonably intelligent people prefer to remain uninformed . :-|
I think small tattoos can sometimes be attractive. When I see someone with lots and lots them, however, my first thought is usually, “Geez, [sir or ma’am], just how drunk were you…?” I don’t say it out loud, of course. :-)
Kind of a shame there’s no “thumbs-down” function in here. Or, better yet, an “ignore” function. Not a big deal by any means, just kind of a shame, that’s all. IMHO.
