   Interesting historical irony: the president Trump most resembles to my mind is Teddy Roosevelt (in a demented way, to be sure, and Teddy was already a bit demented) and Teddy’s big claim to fame was exactly taking a hill out of pure insane machismo. Donald Trump: Teddy Roosevelt without the brains, foolhardy courage, or progressive political vision.
