Today’s strip provides a nice overview of Dan Thompson’s comic arsenal: TNT’s expression in Panel One; the story heads and Chester Gould’s cameo in Panel Two; and Breezy’s delivery of the punchline in Panel Three.

Sometimes DT’s adventure/comedy strip delivers more laughs in a single day than most gag strips deliver in a week.

Nice tribute to Chester Gould, whose Dick Tracy debuted 83 years ago this past Saturday. Mr. Thompson does it in typically clever fashion—prominent but not intrusive.

Mr. McPheeters: I believe Mr. Avenger09 is already recognized far and wide as a CPA. But the A does not stand for accountant.

Gotta love the way Dan deftly advances the action while still squeezing in the laughs.

    Gotta love “muy picante hair”!

I (and legions of LOA fans, I bet) agree totally with your sentiments concerning today’s strip.
