They are very interesting girls to not make a big deak out of not going.. Here in the suburbs of NE Pa, girls order their dresses months in advanced… Stores even have a checklist for schools so that the same dress can’t be purchased twice for that school…. Only the unpopular kids didn’t go…. Props to Delta, but I am a little suprised Bernice is going to sit at home reading. I mean, Tolstoy is one of my favorites, but Bernice didn’t strike me as THAT unsocialable….
I think it only works if you are a woman. A guy friend of mine used that line and the cop deliberately kept them waiting longer than usual while he wrote up the speeding ticket :P
A lot of people have seemed to think that Knute is just a skater flake…. But if that’s the case, he’d be taking algebra 1 as a junior, not Trig. I bet he applies to MIT.
@Ottodesu: agree. White diamonds are extremely over priced and the resale value very low in comparison. Most people don’t know that the average 1-5 carat diamond isn’t rare… plenty of precious gemstones that are actually worth more than diamonds and always accrue in value. I’m always please by couples who come in looking for another alternative to a white diamond :)
Sentimentally lovely, but practically a very awful choice in an engagement ring. It is a soft stone, tends to fracture with time, and scratches easily. I’ve been in the jewelry industry over 14 years, both designing and making engagement rings. While I do advocate precious gemstone, as an engagement stone, never anything soft or brittle… It’s too much for everyday wear, and requires more maintenance than most people can keep up with.
I like the new characters, but Delta was a much more better character than Bernice.
