Some time ago, there was a discussion on t-shirt art. My suggestion was for Dru’s hands reaching out of a monitor, stroking the muzzle of a minotaur and beckoning him to join her. that would be in the first panel. The second panel would have her grip his nose ring, his eyes go wide open. In the third panel, Dru pulls him headfirst into the monitor. The forth panel shows the monitor screen with the word: ”BURP!!”

thevenbede ooooooohhhh, I’m sending big warm sun hugs to you. There is a couple who drive into the village most evenings and make churros out of the back of their beat up old pick up truck. They are so so good and cost about 30 cents. I’ll pick some up for you and the couch crew then next time I see them.

I love Mexican food. All of your descriptions sound wonderful. It’s so hard to find good Mexican food sometimes. I used to live in El Paso, so I used to be able to get some great Mexican food. I miss a lot of things I used to get there. Like the gingerbread pigs. Or the ice cream they sold when you were going over the border. And especially Asadero cheese. I sure wish I could find some Asadero cheese around here. I’ve been looking for it for years now with no luck.

I think some of the best Mexican food I eat is in small mom and pop places around the corner from my home in NOR-CAL. I’m sure the locals here would not be pleased but the best carnitas plate hands down is found north of the border.

Ice cream, now that’s a whole ‘nother story. There are some very fine vendors of Mexican Paletas through out the country.

Good luck on finding the Asadero cheese.

I bought some Marmite at Vitamin cottage and it’s not bad but I had to cast a net(arr,arr) to find “About Australia”, in San Antonio. Two 14 0z. jars of Vegemite® will be coming forthwith. One for me, one for a friend who was not able to order it through the store…. So fire up the trawler and start casting.
Is it true that Marmite is made of real marmots ? :-I

I really enjoy how Brooke put all this fun text into one page… meaning, he easily could have made this into multiple days of comics, and then we’d all be going crazy!

9CWL: Anyone else had to stop for a second, thinking “Dayum! They lost?”

(I may be pointing out something terribly obvious, but I’ve been up since 5am with barely 4 hours of sleep, and as previously mentioned I don’t drink coffee)

I looked back a few strips, and it suddenly strikes me that there’s no indication as to whether it was A&E or Ms. Yuan who played first. We only saw A&E’s performance, thus we’ve no way of telling who cellist number one is …

Possible clues:

then things are looking good.
