some people don’t believe in global warming is manmade. and, they don’t believe in dinosaurs. they don’t believe we landed on the moon.

Global warming doesn’t affect when trees change. It’s the shorter days that cause it

Some people simply ask for proof because they don’t want to take it on faith alone.

It is not faith when you defer to the consensus of those who are capable of understanding the science; among whom, by the way, there is no controversy – that is entirely of a political manufacture.

That works well, until we find out how much they fudged the data.
FWIW – I believe it’s real, I’m just not convinced that we are the only cause.

OK then what about those same “scientists” who said that 15 years with no warming would falsify that humans were to blame? depending on the dataset we are at between 15 and 17 years with NO warming none, zip, nada.

The reason I don’t believe in global waming is several year ago they said we would be in the middle of a global cooling right now. Than they said it was going to be something else now its a global warming in another 10 to 20 years from now they well say it well be some thing else all together.

Fall may come later, but the leaves turn early due to acid rain. Between the two of them, we come out even.

    That’s a flat-out lie.

At the beginning of the current hysteria over Global warming, the claim was this warming was the first after 10,000 years of static temperature. A flat lie. Look up the Medieval warming, Little Ice Age. Is our planet warming? Could be, but I’m not convinced Humans are the main cause. The planet climate shifts all the time over very long periods of time and has done so before we came along. We’d do better to spend our resources in coping with changes in climate than the current idealogical hype.

I’ll give you wrong on two of three; but AGW is a complete and total crock, I’ll agree with that.

Which is interesting, because when I was growing up, science wasn’t interested in “consensus.” It was interested in provable theories that could be replicated by others without the use of fudged data; it was interested in evidence that existed without having to fit a politicized theory. And if its data were proven wrong, it accepted it. But AGW does none of that. It proclaims itself correct, seeks others to proclaim it correct without benefit of evidence, and either fakes the evidence or scrambles to cover when its cover is blown. Face it: You have no leg upon which to stand. It’s AGW that is entirely of political manufacture.
