well, some of them went into politics, and then there were the real scary ones that started drawing cartoons… and that sparked a new breed of monsters that wrote comments about those cartoons.

Those bankers are monsters, especially at the monster banks. With all the hullabaloo about people switching from mega-banks to local banks and credit unions because of extortionate fees, several of the mega-banks have recently decided to impose a fee on customers for closing their accounts.

Let’s not forget about the case in Florida where Bank of America tried to foreclose on a house which a retired cop and his wife bought and paid in full with cash.
After going through the court system, the court ruled that BoA owed the couple a decent sum of money for fraudulently trying to seize the couple’s house.
BoA never paid the judgement, so the couple’s lawyer obtained a seizure order for the local BoA branch and showed up with sheriff’s deputies and moving vans to serve that order.
The branch manager had to cut a check on the spot to the couple to avoid all of that branch’s assets from being seized!

It doesn’t look to me like the gummint has forced the
banks to cease all of their underhanded hidden charges, and unscrupulous banking methods. Merely forced tthem to be even more underhanded, if anything!

I don’t believe him…bankers have no vested interest in hacking off my arm or foot if they hang outside the blanket. I’m tellin’ ya’, there’s still something under there!
