Gricks if that is true then so is the guy going gimme gimme gimme but we all have to forgive gricks, he like a lot of others have fallen for this culture. In school we are taught liberalism we see it in television, so there is no competing ideas.
We see it here everyday, how often does the left attack the right on gocomics? The sad thing is they attack the person not the ideas. It is OK to attack or challenge an idea it is just week and rude the person even though the 2012 election shows that it works.

Reagan oversaw a massive, unfunded expansion of federal government. He also raised taxes in his second term.

It was almost “Let the private sector take care of the hurricane victims.”

Three words “Alzheimer’s in office”. Of course the far right loons are continuing to canonize this crumb who should have been removed from office.

Unlike Hurricane Sandy, where thanks to a big government response, everyone got their power back almost immediately.

>> Where’s Reagan? All of those are liberals.
JFK may have been a Democrat, but he was no liberal. He cut taxes and understood that without an adequate national defense, nothing else is possible.

Con Ed is a private company. Should have the Government done more before the storm, perhaps. But electrical utilities were deregulated causing many of the problems and delays you sight.

Gimme. Gimme. Gimme. More tax cuts for the Rich.

A very notable full page ad run in a Dallas newspaper called for the arrest of JFK as a Communist ran the day he was killed. This is what conservatives really thought in 1963.

Blah, blah, blah, everything you accuse the liberals of the CONservatives do in gross.
Education is NOT a liberal plot and is not indoctrination. The only way education is a liberal ploy is if truth, facts and reality are all liberally biased. The Texas Board of Education control a large amount of the curriculum in the respect that they dictate what the textbook publishers can publish. And since it is expensive to publish two different themes, all text books are essentially the same.
But you are right we see intolerance, lies, half-truths and innuendo everyday, from both sides. I simply wish the average (for this site) conservative had the integrity to acknowledge that they equally as guilty of what they accuse the liberals.

Please correct you lie. By today’s standards, no republican from before Bush Sr. isn’t a liberal.

Speaking of attacking people, not ideas…

" They attack people not their ideas. "
When the ideas have long been discredited by all credible sources and experts yet the person continues to spew the lie and false-information, then the person is worthy of calling out too. But when an opponent dares to call you out on your false assertion then by your unilateral double standards they are attacking the person, not the lie, or to you the idea.
Just once I’d like to read a CONservative take responsibility and acknowledge the truth that in large majority their party perpetuates a campaign of misinformation. And for them to do it genuinely. A few, a very few of our conservative members stick reasonably close to the truth and nothing but the truth. I say reasonably because when they are wrong (just like when many of the liberal members are wrong) I do not believe that they intentionally lied or wrote false information. Can you say the same?
