President Carter, your legacy is secure. Thanks to Obama, history will not remember you as the worst American president.

In ‘08 everyone knew O would be Jimmah Cartah II. Why would anyone be surprised at his consistent failure? Just like Carter, O won’t be re-elected and Mitt will bring America and the world back to prosperity.

You forgot to add “on day one”. He always adds that to the things he’s going to do when elected :-)

Obama is/was no Carter. Carter had plans (that would have worked) for things like universal medical coverage and alternative energy. Since 1980 Carter has contiually put his money where is mouth is.
Obama is too far to the right of Carter (’centrist, or whatever) to do anything as substantial.

Carter is a private citizen now who doesn’t have billionaires and Congress apposing his every move . His books describe very similar problems to his tenure in the White House, as President Obama’s tribulations.

I said in 08 “I guess we need a Carter in order to get to a Reagan” RR for 2012.

“RR for 2012” – I will absolutely grant you that a dead man who suffered from Alzheimer’s would be a better option than the crop of candidates the Republicans are fielding currently.
Never thought I would agree with you on anything.

Are you sure that is desirable? Check out the budget increases from Carter to Obama. Reagan had the greatest growth in federal spending, Obama the least.

Obama has foot in mouth disease. When you don’t have anything to stand on, you raise your tone and rhetoric. Obama is running scared!
Vote this turkey out of office!

Shooting from the lip once more provides distractions from the real questions.
However, I am proud of Mr. Obama for his participation on Nickelodeons Kids Choose program, the MTV broadcast, and even the talk shows.
However, his willingness to put hisself, and his gaffes out there highlights the fact that Romney only appears in front of friendly audiences who will not press him on the issues.
Our media follows poll numbers like the numbers are horses coming around the bend at belmont, but fail horribly to really hold the feet of the candidates, national and local, to the fire.
We deserve better.

The first post in mentions the worst president in history to this date.
Not Carter, not Obama.
.
Has the second Bush slipped from your memory? This is not really a contest even.
.
The Worst.
.
Caps are used because it is overwhelmingly safe as a record.
He came closer to destroying America than any single person in history.
Kinda like using Palin to compare VP choices, she was so bad it is not valid., so was Bush.
