If I remember correctly, Captain Nemo was the fictional captain of the Nautilus submarine, which was nearly sunk by giant squids, in the book 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It has nothing to do with Finding Nemo or Moby Dick.

I believe that the picture is of the late James Mason who portrayed Captain Nemo in the Disney version of Jules Verne’s “20,000 Leagues Under The Sea” (1955-56)
