I wonder who’s around to read it.

Garfield, or Family Circus…
Anyway, go go Gasoline Alley. I do not live in an area to find it anymore, I did not even know it was still printed. Also, I image they will still give us Peanuts re-runs that far in the future. I don’t think I could buy a paper that doesn’t…

Personally, I was digging the “Star Wars” reference- I’m too young to relate to Gasoline Alley.

And Walt will still be alive and senile.

Not too senile to have his lawyer call Tatulli, I bet.

I think this is hysterical.
Sorry, this is not a litigable situation. But it is typical of Americans who think they have the right to sue because someone says something they don’t like.

Beananarama - I too have never read Gasoline Alley, but I know the name. I like the “Kessel Run” reference!

Maybe this is “Night of the Living Dead” type of scenario – all the old comics that have died or should have died by now are wandering around as zombies. Will Mutt and Jeff come along to eat Lio’s brains, or will Moon Mullins or Krazy Kat beat them to it?

And don’t forget Blondie and Alley Oop. Oop’s been around at least 15,000 years already.
As for Beananarama, when you too are old and senile, you’ll be a Gasoline Alley fan.
Hey! How about a merger? Gasoline Alley Oop!

Very appropriate, given that my home newspaper, the Seattle Times, has just dropped “Lio,” while they continue to print reruns of both “Peanuts” and “For Better Or For Worse,” and continue to give valuable space to schlock like “Family Circus,” “Frank & Ernest,” and “Sally Forth.” They wonder why younger readers don’t bother with newspapers? Maybe it’s because they keep canceling the few strips that dare to be funny!

What? No one thinks of Calvin & Hobbes in this comic?
First thing i saw. Haha Cylinder not box but hey! W/e gets you there.

Already old, already getting senile. But, still too young to know Gasoline Alley- other than brushing past it here and having heard the name from my parents.
