   I literally received hundreds of contest submissions. And many of them were excellent.
   
   Although this was the winning entry from the Facebook competition, I will be selecting a separate winner from among the submissions I received here on GoComics.
   
   I’m up to my hot, little neck in deadlines right now, though. So I’ll be making that selection and announcing it next week.

    Besides the desires of different groups are central to the humor, just like it would be if one handsome fellow tells another fellow he is straight and the saddened other fellow thinks, “What a waste.”
    .
    I used to be that way when I learned of The Salem Witch Trials until I realized it would have been bad even if the condemned had been old and ugly.
