Lincoln succeeded during America’s most dangerous event because he was willing to gather around him bright, talented individuals, individuals who were thinking about what was best for the country. He succeeded because he was willing to listen to their ideas, add them to his own, and pick the best options. (I suggest reading Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin.) If Clinton is willing to listen to Sanders and Warren, that is a very good thing.
