Actually, this is a very serious topic that is unknown to many people.
Professional and Olympic athletes have discovered that steroids can be delivered more effectively via tattoos rather than by direct injection into the muscle.
The body responds similarly to the immune reaction of a vaccine.
Because of the efficacy, only a smaller dose is required which makes detection more difficult.
And the tattoo conceals the noticeable signs of steroid injections.
We can’t know whether Steve Moore is aware of this, or if he was simply going for the punchline joke.
