   Third panel is like one of the old Looney Tunes. An eye doc gives Bugs an exam. Bugs reads the tiny manufacturer’s label at the bottom. The doc gets a magnifying glass, reads it and with an astonished bugged-out stare says. Uhhhh…. yeah….
