    I feed my kitty a leaf or two of catnip a day.

    Unfortunately, the catnip plants are now attracting the local cats. I caught one who had pushed its way through the wire cage surrounding the bigger plants. Walked over and mildly said “you know better than that” and it took off.

    What I don’t understand is why vets say that phosphorus is unhealthy for cats. When one looks at their diet in the wild — almost entirely rodents— it’s LOADED with phosphorus.
