I wish Pooky would appear more often. Even Garfield needs to hug and be hugged and Pooky always fills the bill. And he’s so cute, too.

The good Lord gave us 1 mouth and 2 ears. The mouth is meant to be closed most of the time, while the ears are always open. It’s sad that many people get those little details reversed at times. “Therefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak…” James 1:19

James 5:9 tells you what happens when you complain against your family, if you’re interested. But then, everybody needs a Pookey Bear. When I complained to the Lord about my husband’s and his sister’s hurtful behavior, I was chastised with more love that I have ever felt in my whole life. I was told everybody is growing at their own pace and I need to grow, myself. I’m so glad I can listen, and hear.
