What a cat! A cat for all seasons. Sassy. Opinionated. This lasagna loving, mailman chasing, sarcastic cat is a classic that readers love. Garfield, Odie and Jon will leave you wanting a daily dose of this beloved bunch! Garfield’s crafty talent with words and sneaky preference for practical jokes often leave his owner, Jon - and us - speechless, and always wanting more.

Jon! What happened to your girlfriend Liz? Did she dump you for a real man?

Yeah, we haven’t seen her since the purse incident!
Garfield, don’t talk to a rubber mouse!

If the rubber mouse doesn’t keep Garfield busy maybe Jon could invite his favourite kitten - Nermal - for a visit!

Garfield’s cynicism is one of his attractive characteristics

…which is the perfect complement to Jon’s naïveté.
He’s lived with him for 30 years, but hasn’t figured out that Garfield doesn’t swing that way?

My cat, Titten, brings me her catnip mouse and sings her victory song about killing the vicious beast.

Both of my cats like to bat toy mice under the dresser, desk, or other furniture. I don’t really notice the toys are missing until I wind up declogging the vacuum hose when cleaning under the furniture.
And they make the strangest sounds getting sucked up.

Last time I went to the pet store, they had these little toy mice covered with real fur. It was a little creepy.

This is a remake of the June 20, 1978 strip (where Jon should have wished Garfield “Happy Belated Birthday”). See the strip.

kboon4, you should go under the furniture with a broom and sweep out the toys before vacuuming
Saves possible damage to the machine.
