    Alife, you said that milk doesn’t do it. Meaning what? I watched “Food Detective” program on Foods Network Channel with the host, Ted Allen, on the TV about any foods scientifically. Milk will make the tongue cool off after eating the hot spice for example, jalapeno. The hottest number # 1 is HABANERO PEPPERS. Jalapeno is not very hottest but just a mild. I think but I am not sure. Habanero is very hottest. I will not eat it NO WAY! I do not like the hot spice in any foods.
