"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

Mine’s genetically dry, and falls out at the most inopportune times. Always embarrassing me, it is.

My earwax is quite private, thank you for asking though.
RE: Blog……………
Well, there is such a thing as a ‘pancake’ hat. But I agree that the pic Teresa put in wasn’t one.

Mine must have bees in it because there’s this constant buzzing in my ears.

Re: racist watercolor on the blog. I couldn’t find anything on-line, but you might contact this museum:

There’s a guided tour of the Jim Crow Museum here:

The picture looks like it might be the front of a postcard. If it seems too risque for the US Post Office, there’s a small collection of similar cards here:

Yes, my earwax is most certainly genetically wet.. In the middle of the night, the ear wax runs out like a leaky faucet.. Infact just before arising from an awful night’s sleep, my wife must use a spatula to seperate either ear from the messy pillow case..
